Francis H. “Frank” Mumma, 82, passed peacefully and went to Heaven at his home on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
A memorial service will be held Friday, April 11th at 4pm at York Bible Church, 890 Taxville Road, York, PA 17408 with visitation starting at 3pm.
