Joann Garber, 71, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, February 10, 2023, at her residence. She was the loving wife of Luther M. “Buck” Garber Jr. with whom they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 2022.

There will be a graveside service 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 16, 2023, in Shiloh Union Cemetery, York. Officiating will be Rev. David Sutter. All those planning to attend, please meet at 10:45 a.m. in the parking lot along Church Rd., we will proceed to the graveside together.
