Dear Beloved Church Family,

Someone came up with the name “Wonderful Wednesdays” to describe our midweek prayer, Bible study and fellowship time we have each week. Luncheons were added as well as extended times for just getting together to “visit”. The results have been very positive! Often when we gather on the Lord’s Day, there is very little time for personal conversations – sharing of real burdens and joys. We all seem to be in a hurry to get to another event. So- “Wonderful Wednesdays” have been a powerful addition to our church calendar. And it is exciting to see how God has added to our team of workers especially making sure our luncheons continue with excellence! No one ever goes away hungry and most end up taking food home with them. I’ve especially enjoyed the variety of soups!

Sue and I were able to get to “Wonderful Wednesday” for the luncheon this morning. The extended time with each one there was precious! And Jeff Moul brought two flavors of his famous homemade ice cream! Plans are in motion for the next cookout! I am very thankful that, though I am “out of commission” for a spell, the team is keeping “Wonderful Wednesdays” going and growing! Full steam ahead!

And the time together on Wednesday mornings illustrates what went on in that early church as recorded in ACTS 2:42!
